How do I change my registered postal address?

Your registered address is important for your KYC and for all physical communication like AMC statements, etc. You will have to provide a legal government-issued POA document like License, AADHAR etc. containing the new address.

To change your registered address do as follows:

• Open Capitalyze® App
• Tap More > Settings > My Profile > Personal > Address >
• In the screen that appears, enter a new address and confirm the same
• Confirm the selections after you are prompted
• Upload the new POA document to the link provided

The new address will be registered immediately with Capitalyze® and within 2 days with our AMC partners that hold all your investments.
