When I see my statistics, it doesn’t show me all of them. Why?

Statistics section as default shows you a history of the past 30 days. If you need the entire record of your transaction history, you can request for a Capitalyze® Statement.

To request for a Capitalyze® statement using the App:

1. Open Capitalyze® App

2. Tap More > Statistics > Portfolio Statement

3. In the screen that appears, select Request a Physical Statement

4. Confirm the selection after you are prompted

You will receive the statement in up to 12 working days after request.
