Can I receive a cheque for my withdrawal?

Capitalyze® is solely an online investing platform, we do not mail paper cheques for withdrawals. If you do not have access to the account previously used to fund your investments and want to withdraw funds, we make changing funding sources easy so your funds can be transferred to the new account electronically.

If you would like to change your funding source, please complete these steps:

• From the main menu, select My Settings
• Select Transaction Account
• Select Change Funding Source at the bottom of the screen
• Enter the IFSC and account number for the new bank account you want to fund your investments from

To ensure your account’s security, we may require documentation verifying your ownership of both the current and new funding sources. If your account requires additional verification, please follow the prompts on the Capitalyze® website and app for additional details.
