We’ll email a link to your form to the email address in your Capitalyze® profile. You can also access it using your browser, even if you’ve closed your Capitalyze® account. Please log in here and select “Tax Reports” from the “Statistics” dropdown menu. Unfortunately, you are currently unable to access your form through the mobile app.
