If the app isn’t used at all for a period of 90 days, the account is termed as dormant/inactive. Don’t worry all you have to do is use the app. You will be notified to use the app once or interact with it. If the account is dormant for 180 days, the money will be withdrawn and automatically sent to your registered bank account.

If you are travelling or not going to be able to use the app in any capacity for more than 180 days, and you don’t want your investments to be withdrawn and returned, click here.

This will extend the period to a total of 360 days and then the procedure will be repeated.
