How do I change my registered transaction account?

Your registered transaction account ensures the money is transferred to and from only this account. You should ideally select an account that you don’t have to change.

However, if you have to make changes to your account:
o Open Capitalyze® App
o Tap More > Settings > My Profile > Personal > Account
o In the screen that appears, select Yes and Confirm the same
o Confirm the selections after you are prompted
o Create a new e-mandate

Please note that there might be some charges to issue a new e-mandate from the new account. The new e-mandate will be processed immediately and your account will be verified within 1-3 working days.
