Please complete this process on the Capitalyze® app to close your account:
1. Open Capitalyze® App
2. Tap More > Settings > Account > Action > Close my account
3. In the screen that appears, select your choice
4. Select a reason
4. Confirm the selections after you are prompted

Please note, any pending investments that have not begun processing will be cancelled upon closure. Investments that have begun processing cannot be cancelled but will be liquidated and transferred to your funding source once the investments finish processing. You can check your Past screen to see if there are any processing investments.

Once you request to close your account, your funds will be liquidated and returned to your funding source in 1-3 business days.

Important Tax Information:
Please keep in mind, you may receive a TDS form from the AMCs for your investment activity. Most investors do, or you can check for that document here during the next calendar year.
